As usual, the bulk of crimes in both beats were property-related. Revised January was slightly down from revised December except for general property crimes in 13X which was the same in both months (8, down to 3 in February). Auto property crimes in revised January were down a few in 12Y (from 42 to 39) but almost non-existent in 13X (there was 1, although it was back up to 11 in February). Crimes against the person were the same in both revised months and in both beats – 7 in 12Y and 3 in 13X. However, 13X had no crimes against the person in February. Quality of life crimes (mostly vandalism) was half the number of revised December in 12Y and almost nonexistent in 13X.
